A good solid bell housing compatible with 164 tooth flex plate. The mounting bolt pattern is for 6 hole 289, 302, 351W and small block patterned 351C. The lower starter hole doesn't have perfect threads but mostly there. I'm pretty sure that this is for a case fill transmission but please verify fit.

Upper looks good. All other threaded holes look good. No cracks and has a very nice ring to it when tapped.
